Notes on the Reinvention of Jaime
Today I actually felt motivated to clean off an entire shelf in the laundry room. I think making progress on the dryer and the floor in there has inspired me.
I had a harder time with Etsy.
I’m having a difficult time picturing how to take other people’s templates and make them my own. I’d really love to find some original clip art, too. Not just all the AI-generated stuff. I’m not against AI art, and some of it is very pretty, but the things currently in my Etsy shop use human-made art.
I did at least peruse ideas from a membership I’m in, so I did SOMETHING.
I didn’t do as much for my health today, either, although I did take an evening walk in the rain. Mostly because of the dog, but it actually felt really nice and refreshing.
And tonight I’ve been listening to old YouTube playlists, which has turned out to be my delight for the day.
It’s funny how a certain song can take you right back to a particular place or time or feeling.
