Stop Settling September: Day Nineteen

Notes on the Reinvention of Jaime

I had a nice breakfast this morning (because Matthew made it), which is pretty much the way I start my Saturdays and has been for years.

I also went on a nice, rambling walk and took pictures of old houses. Those are both things I’m counting for my health today, although taking pictures of old houses is obviously also good for my soul.

For Etsy, I watched a class about how to create more listings from a listing that is already selling well. I still haven’t actually created a listing.

For my house, I deep cleaned the bathtub and tackled the mineral buildup.

And my delight for the day was happy mail from Heidi Hope. I got a beautiful butterfly print from her print club, and I was very delighted. I’ve been missing the monarchs on my zinnias this year.

Have I been reinvented yet? No. But there is a shift.

The house pictured below from my walk is one, like yesterday’s, from an 1874 atlas of Greene County, Ohio.
